It was our goal to make our website relevant to a wider audience, while making it more user friendly, with faster load times and easier navigation. As a leader in the custom home building industry, we feel it is important to make information about our homes, our services and industry trends easily accessible for homeowners, current and prospective clients, investors, and realtors.

This new website will provide our multi-faceted audience with accurate, up-to-date information and share our knowledge and expertise in building quality homes at an affordable price. “Residential Construction is not just a building business, it is very much a people business. Our new website will engage and inform people creating a great user experience. Among the new features, we have added our available floor plans with real photos of the houses to help prospective buyers visualize the plan. We have expanded information on our communities to include maps and highlights about each community. We will be adding new plans and new communities to the site on a regular basis.

Our homeowners now have a dedicated space where they will find home warranty information, home maintenance tips, and links to community apps and events.

The site includes an investor relations page to showcase our single and multi-family investment opportunities throughout Kansas City.
