At Elevate Design + Build, we are fanatical about your experience before, during and after the build.  We have designed this space specifically for you, to ensure you have all the information you need regarding what to expect during your warranty period, how to contact your warranty team, and caring for your new home.

Your new home was constructed by hundreds of skilled hands using natural and man-made materials.  Many of the materials used inherently contain moisture.  With seasonal changes these materials can expand and contract.  Therefore, you can expect to see minor cracks in drywall and minor changes in wood products which normal and unavoidable, but easily corrected.

We understand that the purchase of a home is one of the most significant investments a family will ever make. To help you protect that investment we provide superior warranty coverage on every home we build.

After closing, your home is covered by Elevate Design + Build’s one-year warranty.  Additionally, all mechanical systems come with manufacturer warranties and supplier warranties of various timelines and limitations.

During your New Home Orientation your dedicated warranty team member will walk you through the functions and mechanics of the home.  After closing your warranty team is always available to answer your questions and will partner with you throughout your warranty period.
