The crew he has constructing his homes are very fast, organized and exact in measurements also very friendly. Sean Is prompt in answering our phone calls and was that way throughout the past 7 months and buying process. His new home warranty is literally bumper to bumper for small things and big things. He treats us with respect when we need something addressed. Cole and Rob are his warranty repairmen and are very courteous and respectful and thoroughly make corrections as needed and check additional items to make sure the exterior is weathering correctly as well as the interior. “We had a great experience building our home with Elevate! No build is without issues and problems, but it’s how your builder addresses these issues and fixes them that makes the difference. Elevate was very transparent with the problems that we had and worked to get them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The whole team put in long hours to get our house complete. We have had a few things that needed attention after closing and we have had no problems staying in contact with them and getting stuff fixed. Overall they were flexible to our needs and wants, they actually listened, had very creative design suggestions, and worked hard to make sure our project kept moving along. We started our search for a builder in Jan 2018 and completed the whole process including move-in by the end of September.
