Elevate Design + Build was founded in 2017 by Sean Flandermeyer, Angie Beerup, and Mike Yancik. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in residential construction and an innovative business approach, they have quickly established the company as one of Kansas City’s leading homebuilders. In January 2024, Heather Flandermeyer joined the ownership team, bringing her extensive business expertise and leadership skills.
