Meet Bret and Katherine Wilson, a family who found their ideal move-in-ready home in Hook Farms, Lee’s Summit. We sat down with them in their home so they could share their experience moving from a cramped space to a home that perfectly fits their growing family of four.
Bret and Katherine bought their first home 7 years ago as newlyweds and settled into married life. After the birth of their two boys, Grady (5 years old) and Evan (2 years old) they decided they had outgrown their first home. They needed more bedrooms and a bigger yard… they basically just needed more overall space. When the couple initially started looking at homes they were only considering resale options.
